Situated on 19 wooded acres, Belmont Pines Hospital offers a safe and comfortable environment in which children and adolescents can focus on healing. As the largest freestanding children's behavioral health hospital in Northeast Ohio and Western Pennsylvania, Belmont Pines is widely recognized for its comprehensive behavioral health services and personalized care.
Services:
- A full array of structured, individually tailored therapeutic and recreational activities
- Classrooms, common areas and private rooms designated for individual, group and family therapy sessions
- Activity therapy consisting of physical recreation, specialty groups, community outings and structured therapeutic activities, including anger management groups, leisure education, social skills training and the development of independent living
- Experiential therapy through the Alpine Tower
- Family therapy during the initial evaluation, treatment and aftercare planning process
- Secured and monitored units, including 24-hour staff supervision and supporting documentation
- Full continuum of care include inpatient hospitalization, residential programs, partial, intensive and outpatient services
